Applications use your form and your destination inbox. We do not resell your file, we do not keep a shadow copy for other shops, and ownership is written into the service agreement. You can ask us to introduce you to a current desk before you sign.
Yes. Merchant cash advance is the whole practice. The complaint rates, the statement upload, the way a file actually funds — that is the work, not a side vertical.
A completed funding application with bank statements, sitting in your inbox or CRM, tagged to the batch it came from. We do not count an open or a one-line reply as a win. On the Fold desk, shops should plan for 100–200 completed files a month once the program is at full speed.
A tool gives you a login and a warmup slider. MCAINBOX is the desk: domains, copy, replies you review, the apply tray, and reporting. You supply the list. We run the rest.
You send batches for us to mail. You keep the source file. We will not point you to a lead vendor and we will not sell data. Sourcing is your job; placement and conversion are ours.
We seed-test placement to Gmail and Google Workspace. If that inbox rate falls below 90% after you are at full speed, we credit the calendar days in that dip. The promise is placement, not funded deals. Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, and consumer Outlook addresses are out of scope because those inboxes are a poor fit for this channel.
