Last updated September 19, 2026. This page covers the marketing site and the qualify form, not a client’s merchant list once a service agreement is signed.
If you send the qualify form, we receive the name, company, email, and answers you type. We use that to decide whether the shop is a fit and to write back. We do not sell form submissions.
The site may use standard server logs and, if enabled later, a first-party analytics tool. You can write desk@mcainbox.com to ask what we hold on you or to ask us to delete a form you sent.
Client lead files are handled under a separate written agreement. They are not used to market other shops and are not sold.
