Mail from your house domain
Outreach uses dedicated sending names so a block cannot kill the inbox you run payroll from.
The desk
Ordinary sending tools last a few weeks on an MCA file. The domains burn, the shop starts over, and the same month repeats. MCAINBOX is the slower engine: separate names, human-scale volume, and copy that does not repeat.
Why the usual stack fails
Providers learn phrasing, domains, and send fingerprints. Shared IP pools and one-inbox blasts collapse once complaints climb. We do not bolt a slider onto that problem. The engine is the product.
01 — Fold
We slice your file by industry, state, and inbox type, then write a fresh note to each slice — in your voice, never the same letter twice.
02 — Warm
Dedicated domains and IPs, kept separate from every other desk, are brought up over weeks. Your house domain never sends a single cold note.
03 — Fly
Volume is split across many inboxes, each at a human-scale daily send. Up to 10,000 merchant inboxes a day, per brand, without one mailbox blasting.
04 — Land
We test inbox placement to Gmail and Google Workspace continuously. If it drops below 90% at full speed, those days are credited.
05 — File
The merchant opens your apply tray, fills the funding form, and attaches statements. The file lands in your inbox or CRM, tagged to its batch.
What we will not do
Outreach uses dedicated sending names so a block cannot kill the inbox you run payroll from.
A result is a completed application with statements, attributed to the batch it came from.
You own the list and the apply tray. We will not resell names or send you to a lead vendor.
Ready to send
Placement to Gmail and Google Workspace is seed-tested. If it drops below 90% after you are at full speed, those days are credited.
