What a list has to look like before we will fly it

Forty thousand rows is not the same as forty thousand usable addresses. The inbox type on each row decides whether the program can work.

A sending desk cannot fix a file full of Yahoo and Hotmail. Those inboxes treat unsolicited commercial mail as a hostile default. Gmail and a real company domain still require care, but they are the only rows we will load.

Usable also means the row is a person and a business: a first name, a legal or DBA name, and an address that still accepts mail. Purchased dumps with missing names become unreadable letters and extra complaints.

Volume matters because Fold needs roughly 40,000 qualifying rows a month to stay at pace. That can be a living database you refresh, not 40,000 brand-new exclusive leads every calendar month. What we will not do is invent the file for you or send you to a vendor.

If your current list cannot clear that bar, say so on the qualify form. It is cheaper to wait than to burn domains on a file that was never going to convert.

Ready to send

Bring the list. We will fold the letters and fly them in.

Placement to Gmail and Google Workspace is seed-tested. If it drops below 90% after you are at full speed, those days are credited.
