Why ordinary sending tools fade on MCA lists
Shared warmup pools and one-inbox blasts work on quiet B2B lists. Merchant cash advance is not a quiet list.
Most cold-email software was built for software founders mailing other software founders. Complaint rates stay low. A shared warmup pool can look healthy. Three or four weeks in, an MCA file starts teaching the providers what your domains look like.
Once complaint rate climbs toward the bulk-sender line, placement falls, then the domain is spent. The shop buys another domain and repeats the same month. That cycle is the product failure, not a user-error footnote.
The durable version is boring on purpose: separate sending names, modest volume per inbox, copy that does not repeat, a working opt-out, and a list that was never going to produce a flood of junk reports.
That is the desk we run. It is slower to launch than pasting a CSV into a tool. It is the only version that is still in the inbox in month seven.
